The University City of Galway on the West coast of Ireland, and is away with the car about 3 hours from the capital Dublin. With a population of about 72,000 Galway is the third largest city in Ireland and by a student share of 20% at the same time the most recent.

The size of the emerging city nothing is however in the city centre. It rather offers the feeling to be in a quiet small town. Galway is rightly also known as European capital of culture or also as the irischste city of Ireland.
